This role is all about delivering friendly, professional, and helpful support while representing the voice of DovaFM off-air. You’ll ensure inquiries are handled efficiently, feedback is valued, and every interaction strengthens our connection with the community.
The Customer Service Advisor role will have responsibilities that include:
- Responding to listener inquiries, feedback, and requests across phone, email, and social media channels.
- Assisting with competition entries, prize fulfillment, and event-related questions.
- Providing clear and accurate information about programming, schedules, and station activities.
- Supporting marketing and communications campaigns by managing incoming audience interactions.
- Escalating technical or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Recording and reporting feedback to help improve audience engagement and station services.
- Ensuring all interactions reflect DovaFM’s friendly and professional brand.
We’re looking for a positive and approachable communicator who enjoys helping people and thrives on building strong community relationships.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a listener-first attitude.
- Experience in customer service, community management, or audience support is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries at once and stay organized.
- Comfortable using digital communication platforms and basic CRM or tracking tools.
- Patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility to support evening or weekend events when required.
